The City of San Diego Entitlements Division has prepared a draft Mitigated Negative Declaration for the following project and is inviting your comments regarding the adequacy of the document. The draft Mitigated Negative Declaration and associated technical appendices have been placed on the City of San Diego web-site at http://www.sandiego.gov/city-clerk/officialdocs/notices/index.shtml. Your comments must be received by February 28, 2014 to be included in the final document considered by the decision-making authorities. Please send your written comments to the following address: E. Subject: SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT is being requested to allow for the construction of a modular 1,232-square-foot single-dwelling residence. In addition, the project would construct associated site improvements (i.e. hardscape, site walls, and landscaping). The project would also incorporate a variety of sustainable features including photovoltaic roof panels to achieve a LEED Silver Certification. The undeveloped 37,662-square-foot project site is located at 6110 Fulmar Street. The parcel is designated Residential (at a density of 0-5 dwelling units per acre) and within the SESDPD-SF-10000 zone of the Southeastern San Diego Planned District within the Encanto Neighborhood of the Southeastern San Diego Community Plan area. (LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Map No. 1254, Encanto Heights, Lot No. 209). The site is not included on any Government Code listing of hazardous waste sites.
