In those applications, the applicant seeks authority to deliver news, sports and other entertainment programming in Spanish and/or English to XEKTT(AM) (operating under the call sign of XEPE), 1700 kHx, Tecate, B.C.; XEPRS(AM), 1090 kHz, Rosarito, B.C., and XHBCE-FM, 105.7 MHx, Tecate, B.C. The principals of the applicant are John T. Lynch; John Lynch, Jr; JMI Services, Inc., and The Viejas Band of Kumeyaay Indians. Copies of the applications are available for public inspection at the studios of Broadcast Company of the Americas, LLC, 3655 Nobel Drive, Suite 470, San Diego, CA 92122.

Pursuant to San Diego Municipal Code Chapter 9, Article 8, Division 5, the San Diego Housing Commission is soliciting public comment on programs to be funded by the Affordable Housing Fund during FY 2009 (July 1, 2008 - June 30, 2009). The Affordable Housing Fund is a permanent and annually renewable source of revenue to meet, in part, the housing needs of the City's very low-, low-, and median-income households.
