NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, subject to confirmation by this court, on APRIL 1, 2015, at 9:30AM, or thereafter within the time allowed by law, RUTH BIBLE, as Administrator of the estate of Roland Joseph Bible, deceased, will sell at private sale to the highest and best net bidder on the terms and conditions stated below all right, title, and interest of the decedent at the time of death and all right, title, and interest that the estate has acquired in addition to that of the decedent at the time of death, in the real property located in San Diego County, California.
This property is commonly referred to as 4490 Olive Avenue, La Mesa, CA 91941, assessor's parcel number 469-601-01, and is more fully described as follows:
Lot 13 of Seneca Tract, in the City of La Mesa, County of San-Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof, No.1441, Filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, May 15, 1912.
Also all of the alley adjoining said Lot 13 on the West, vacated and closed to public use on January 23, 1920 by Resolution No. I I I of the Board of Trustees of the City of La Mesa; excepting accordingly therefrom, the closed portion of "S" Street and Olive Avenue, lying North of the North line of said Lot 13 and Westerly and Easterly extension thereof.
The property will be sold subject to current taxes, covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights, rights of way, and easements of record, with any encumbrances of record to be satisfied from the purchase price.
