NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the GOVERNING BOARD of the SAN YSIDRO SCHOOL DISTRICT, at its regularly scheduled meeting to be held on April 24, 2014, will conduct a public hearing, and receive public testimony on the needs of the District to levy alternative school facilities fees to provide school facilities for students generated from new residential development. The District will consider adopting a School Facilities Needs Analysis pursuant to Government Code section 65995 et seq
Copies of the School Facilities Needs Analysis are available for review at the offices of San Ysidro School District located at 4350 Otay Mesa Road, San Ysidro, CA 92173.
All individuals wishing to submit written comments to the District on the School Facilities Needs Analysis may do so on or before April 24, 2014. All written comments should be addressed to Ms. Sylvia Munoz, Business Services Coordinator, San Ysidro School District, 4350 Otay Mesa Road, San Ysidro, CA 92173. All individuals wishing to participate in the public hearing regarding the School Facilities Needs Analysis are invited to attend the meeting of the Governing Board at the following time and location:
