NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the SANTEE SCHOOL DISTRICT of San Diego County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the DISTRICT, will receive up to, but not later than, the dates and times listed below, sealed bids for the award of contracts for the following:

FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT MOVING & STORAGE AT VARIOUS SITES; GMP CONTRACT
BID OPENING DATE: Thursday, April 10, 9:00 A.M.
OPEN AT: Santee District Office 9625 Cuyamaca St. Santee CA 92071
Advertisement: San Diego Daily Transcript, March 15 & 22, 2008. Bids shall be received in the District Office by the Director of Maintenance, Operations & Facilities, 9625 Cuyamaca Street, Santee CA 92071, and shall be opened and publicly read aloud at the above stated times. Each bid must conform and be responsive to the contract documents, copies of which may be obtained after March 17, 2008, at 9625 Cuyamaca Street, Santee CA 92071. Each bid shall be accompanied by the security referred to in the contract documents, the non-collusion affidavit, the list of proposed subcontractors, and all additional documentation required by the Instructions to Bidders. In contracts involving an expenditure in excess of $25,000.00, the successful bidder shall file a payment bond issued by an admitted Surety approved to conduct business in the State of California approved by the District in the form set forth in the contract documents. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
