As a property owner, tenant or person who has requested notice, you should know that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to approve, conditionally approve, or deny applications for eleven Site Development Permits for the Adams Avenue, City Heights, College Area, Hillcrest, Little Italy, Mission Hills, North Park, Ocean Beach, Old Town, Pacific Beach and San Ysidro Business Improvement Districts (BID) to implement the Public Right-of-Way Enhancement Program. As a property owner, tenant, or person who has requested notice, please be advised that the Hearing Officer will hold a public hearing to approve, conditionally approve, or deny an application for a Map Waiver to waive the requirements for a tentative map to convert 2 existing residential units into condominiums and waive the requirement to underground existing overhead utilities on a 15,340 square-foot site located at
