The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority ("Authority") seeks proposals from qualified firms for Emergency Medical TechnicianÐParamedic Services. Candidates shall provide advanced life support (ALS) emergency medical technician- paramedic services (EMT-P) pursuant to Section 1797 et seq. of the California Health and Safety Code Ð commonly cited as the Emergency Medical Services System and the Pre-hospital Emergency Medical Care Personnel Act. Candidates shall provide services for the Authority at the Airport terminals, Airport public access roads, Airport parking lots, Airport on-site rental car agencies, aprons, gate areas, aircraft and all other areas and tenants on the airport property as indicated. Therefore, the previously certified EIR is adequate without modification.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is a Tentative Map for the conversion of 16 residential apartment units into 16 condominium units. No grading or construction is proposed. Each unit has three bedrooms and a two-car garage. There are three guest parking spaces. Pursuant to the "F" Open Space Designator, the project proposes 2,737 square feet of group useable open space and 200 square feet of private usable open space for each unit. The project is subject to the Regional Land Use Element Policy 1.1 Current Urban Development Area (CUDA) and General Plan Land Use Designation (8) Residential. The project site is zoned RV15 Residential with a density of 14.5 dwelling units per acre.
LOCATION: The project is located at 547 Hart Drive in the Pepper Drive/Bostonia community in an unincorporated area of the County of San Diego.
ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: It is recommended that the proposal be determined to be exempt from environmental review under Section 15301 of the State California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines because the project is the conversion of existing apartment buildings into condominiums.
