Notification is given that Neighborhood National Bank, 3511 National Avenue, San Diego, CA 92113, has filed an application with the Comptroller of the Currency on March 23, 2005, as specified in 12 CFR 5 for permission to establish a full-service permanent branch site at 9816 Campo Road, Spring Valley, CA 91977. In addition, the application requests permission to establish a full-service temporary transitional branch at 9774 Campo Road, Spring Valley, CA 91977. This transitional branch will remain open until the BankÕs full-service permanent branch site is complete. Notice is hereby given that the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) Taxicab Administration will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 6, 2005. This date is a regularly scheduled MTS Taxicab Committee meeting and will be held at 2:00 p.m. in the Board of Directors Meeting Room on the 10th floor of the James R. Mills Building at 1255 Imperial Avenue, San Diego, California 92101-7490. The purpose of the public hearing is to review proposed taxicab rates of fare.
A copy of the proposed taxicab rates of fare for the City of San Diego and the airport may be obtained by contacting Susan Champlin, Clerk of the Committee, at 1255 Imperial Avenue, Suite 1000, San Diego, California 92101-7490, or by calling 619.557.4510. Interested parties are invited to appear. Those who wish to comment on the proposed taxicab rates of fare but cannot attend the Public Hearing may submit their comments to MTS by calling 619.595.3711, by faxing 619.234.3407, or by writing to MTS at the above address.
