REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR
COUNTYWIDE AND VALLEY
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION AND CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES ON AN AS-NEEDED
The County of San Diego Department of Public Works invites qualified Consultants to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide Contract Administration and Construction Inspection Services on an as-needed basis for Countywide and Valley Center Area projects. Project falls under prevailing wage requirements. The County of San Diego intends to award three (3) contracts one (1) for the Valley Center Area projects for an amount not to exceed nine hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($950,000) and two (2) for Countywide projects for an amount not to exceed five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) each. Consultant services shall be awarded by Qualification Based Selection. Contract award is projected for July 2005. Public Disclosure of Gifts and Campaign Contributions is required for contract award. SOQs must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2005, at the following address:

The County of San Diego as a matter of policy requires a 3% participation goal for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE) for this project or documentation of "Good Faith Effort." FLEET MAINTENANCE RFP
The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority ("Authority") seeks proposals from qualified firms for FLEET MAINTENANCE. Qualified firms with demonstrated experience in providing all required labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform on-site preventive maintenance and repair of the AuthorityÕs vehicle and equipment fleet, including aircraft rescue and firefighting trucks, are invited to respond to this RFP. Additional services, as stated within the Request for Proposals, may be required by the Authority. Consultant must comply with the submittal requirements described in the Request for Proposals ("RFP").
