YOU ARE advised that you are required to appear in the Superior Court of the State of California, for the County of San Diego, at the courtroom of Department 20 located at the courthouse indicated above on APR. 09, 2008, at 9:00 AM to show cause, if you have any, why CHRISTIAN LEE PETERSON minor should not be declared free from parental custody and control as requested in the petition.
