The City of San Diego Land Development Review Division has prepared a draft MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION for the following project and is inviting your comments regarding the adequacy of the document. Your comments must be received by May 1, 2006 to be included in the final document considered by the decision-making authorities. Subject: Tierrasanta Townhomes. SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, TENTATIVE MAP, MHPA BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT, OPEN SPACE EASEMENT VACATION, and a REZONE from RS-1-14 to RM-1-1 (Process 5) to construct 60 residential condominium units and relocate 4 existing wireless telecommunication facilities on a 6.86 acre site at 11445 Tierrasanta Boulevard. The existing one-story church building, YMCA daycare building, and associated surface parking would be demolished.
