As a property owner, tenant, or person who has requested notice, you should know that theDevelopment Services Department Staff will make a decision to either approve, conditionally approve, modify or deny an application for a Substantial Conformance Review to PID/PCD 99- 1269 to allow two freestanding signs to encroach into the setback in an existing shopping center located on a 2.01 acre site at the southeast corner of Clairemont Mesa Blvd. and Overland Drive.
The decision by City staff will be made without a public hearing no less than eleven (11)business days from the Date of Notice. If you want to receive a "Notice of Decision", you must submit a written request to the City Project Manager listed above no later than ten (10) business days from the Date of Notice.
The decision of the Development Services Department Staff can be appealed to the Planning Commission. An appeal must be made within twelve (12) business days after the decision date. Appeal applications are available at the Planning Department, 202 "C" Street, Fifth Floor, San Diego, CA 92101.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
As a property owner, tenant, or person who has requested notice, you should know that the Centre City Development Corporation (CCDC) will hold a public hearing to approve, conditionally approve, or deny a conditional use permit application by Eduardo Askenazi of Tango Mango Latino Grill at 901 Fourth Avenue located in the Gaslamp Quarter District of the Centre City Community Plan Area. The applicant requests an Alcoholic Beverage License to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages (ABC Type 47 license-on premise alcohol for a bona fide public eating establishment) in conjunction with live music and entertainment within an existing 2,200 square foot restaurant.

The decision of the Hearing Officer is final unless appealed to the City of San Diego Planning Commission. In order to appeal the decision, you must be present at the public hearing and file a speaker slip concerning the application, or have expressed interest by writing to the Project Manager/Hearing Officer before the close of the public hearing.
