NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Education Code Section 17558, that the Governing Board of the Grossmont Union High School District (“District”) will hold a public hearing at its regular board meeting on March 13, 2008, to dedicate the easements and rights of way for the purpose of installing fiber optic electric and telephone lines.
The meeting of the District's governing board will begin at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, at the East County Regional Education Center - 924 East Main St., El Cajon, 92021, at which time all persons wishing to speak for or against the proposed dedication of easements and rights-of-way to AT&T may appear and be heard.
