NOTICE OF ARREST in the United States District Court, Southern District of California, Civil No. 06CV0718 entitled JUDY McKEAN, Plaintiff, vs. Sailing Yacht WIND CHASER, 1179067, her engines, tackle, sails, equipment, furniture, fixtures, machinery and apparel, In Rem In Rem, and HARRY LEE HAZZARD, an individual, In Personam, Defendants. Pursuant to an Order of the United States District Court dated April 6, 2006, the United States Marshal, hereby gives notice that on April 6, 2006, the U.S. Marshal arrested the Sailing Yacht WIND CHASER, her engines, tackle, sails, equipment, furniture, fixtures, machinery and apparel, while afloat at Kona Kai Marina, 1551 Shelter Island Drive, San Diego, California 92106. The Order was issued by the Magistrate of the court upon the filing of a verified complaint in the above action. Any person having or claiming an interest in or to said property must file his claim within ten (10) days after publication of this notice and serve the same upon the attorney for Plaintiff, William E. Dysart, Dysart & Dubick, LLP, 701 B Street, Suite 1525, San Diego, California 92101, and must file and serve his answer to the complaint herein within twenty (20) days thereafter, or within such additional time as may be allowed by a Judge; that in lieu thereof, default may be noted and condemnation ordered. All applications for intervention under Rule 24 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure by persons claiming maritime liens or other interest may be untimely if not filed within the time allowed for claims to possession,
