NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 10, 2010, at 2:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in Department C-25 of the above-referenced Court, located at 220 W. Broadway, San Diego, California 92101, Plaintiff JOHN SCAFANI will and hereby does petition the Court for an Order confirming as a judgment the arbitration award rendered by the American Arbitration Association on November 4, 2008, in favor of JOHN SCAFANI and against FRANK SCHAEFER, an individual, and FRANK SCHAEFER CONSTRUCTION, INC., in the sum of $42,699.10 plus $11.70 per day for each day after December 4, 2008.
The Petition shall be based upon this Notice, the Petition to Confirm Contractual Arbitration Award and Exhibits thereto on file with the Court, and upon such additional matter as the Court may consider at the time of the hearing.
