As a property owner, tenant, or interested individual, you should know that the Hearing Officer of Centre City Development Corporation (CCDC) will hold a hearing to either approve, conditionally approve or deny an application by application by Bondi Lifesaver San Diego to allow alcohol (ABC Type 47 on-premise license for a bona fide eating establishment) in conjunction with live music and entertainment for a proposed restaurant to be located at 656 Fifth Avenue in the Gaslamp Quarter District of the Centre City Community Plan Area.

Subject: Rio Walk: COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (CDP), TENTATIVE MAP (TM), REZONE (RZ), SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (SDP), and LOCAL COASTAL PERMIT (LCP) AMENDMENT to allow for the construction of 182 single-family residences on a 41.32 acre site. Implementation of the project requires the demolition of sixteen structures including; several barns, a pump house, a large cistern, single-family residences, shop buildings and several ancillary agricultural outbuildings. The project would grade 93.9 percent of the site with 80,000 cubic yards of soil removal and 240,000 cubic yards of fill soil. The proposed project would consolidate five parcels located at 2045/1953, 2091, 1941 and 2055 Leon Avenue and 1849 Tremaine Way, all within the Otay Mesa-Nestor Community Plan.
