Enterprise Reporting Solution
The Automated Regional Justice Information System (ARJIS), a joint powers agency administered by the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the development, delivery and installation of an enterprise criminal justice reporting solution
for its ARJIS Enterprise, a regional information-sharing system utilized by over eighty local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.
A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2010, from 10 AM to 12 PM in SANDAG's Board Room at 401 B Street, Suite 800, San Diego, CA 92101.
Proposals are due by 12 PM, June 15, 2010.

The Otay Water District (District) will require the services of an engineering design firm (Consultant) to provide engineering design services for the design of the North District/South District Interconnection System Project. The project includes a pipeline connecting the North District and South District potable water systems with a booster pump station. The general scope of work for the project includes but is not limited to the following:
Investigation of existing conditions and facilities
Preliminary Design Report for the pipeline and pump station
Prepare Environmental Documentation
Public Outreach and Utility Coordination
Preparation of Construction Contract Documents for 30%, 60%
90% & 100% phases
Easement Appraisal and Acquisition
Construction Phase Services

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding.
The Director of Industrial Relations has determined the GENERAL PREVAILING RATE OF PER DIEM WAGES in the locality in which this work is to be performed for each craft or type of worker needed to execute the contract which will be awarded to the successful bidder, copies of which are available to any interested party on request by contacting the Director of Industrial Relations, telephone number (415) 703-4774 or at www.dir.ca.gov.
It shall be mandatory upon the Contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and upon any subcontractor under him, to pay not less than the said specified rates to all workers employed by them in the execution of the contract.
