Notice is hereby given that pursuant to California Commercial Code Section 9614, USA Federal Credit Union (“USAFCU” or “Lienholder”) has for sale a 1997 Fleetwood mobilehome, registered with the Department of Housing and Community Development under registration numbers CAFLV08A20571SH12 and CAFLV08B20571SH12. USAFCU will sell this manufactured home at a public sale. A sale could include a lease or license. The public is invited to attend the sale and bring bidders. The sale will be held on April 30 2008, at 10:00 a.m., at 9999 Willow Creek Road, San Diego, California 92131.
The units were manufactured in 1997. The units are 46' by 11'9" respectively and are located on Space 2 at 1931 E. Meats, Orange California 92665. The Lienholder has been satisfying the terms of the space rental agreement and the units are being sold in place pursuant to applicable law and an agreement with the Landlord. To leave the units on the existing space after the sale, purchaser will have to satisfy Landlord's requirements.
Terms of the sale: Cash or cashier's check only; minimum 10 % at time of bid; balance within 24 hours on approved credit. Minimum opening bid: $68,200.00. Lienholder is unaware of any liens other than Lienholder's but Lienholder makes no representation regarding and disclaims all warranties as to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like other than that the sale is being conducted in accordance with the California Commercial Code.
