The City of San Diego Land Development Review Division has prepared a draft Addendum to Mitigated Negative Declaration No. 98-1011 for the following project and is inviting your comments regarding the adequacy of the document. Subject: FAIRBROOK ESTATES. EXTENSION OF TIME (EOT) for Vesting Tentative Map (VTM), Planned Residential Development (PRD) Permit No. 98-1011, and Rezone to subdivide an approximately 12.06-gross acre site into 17 lots for single-family residences, 2 lots for open space, and 1 lot for a 3.11-gross acre park. The site is located near the intersection of Fairbrook Road and Caminito Magnifica, within the Scripps Miramar Community Plan area. The PRD, VTM and Rezone were originally approved by the City Council on October 19, 1999. The proposed EOT would extend the expiration date for the PRD, VTM and Rezone for an additional 36 months. The site is not included on any Government Code Listing of hazardous waste sites.
