THE MISSION BEACH CENTER PROPERTY
The San Diego Unified School District owns a parcel of land (APNs 423-653-01, 423-654-01 and 423-657-01) known as the Mission Beach Center property, located at 818 and 825 Santa Barbara Place in the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, California 92109. The property is zoned Mission Beach Planned Development R-S.
The Board of Education, on January 22, 2013, approved a Resolution of Intention to Sell the above property in accordance with Education Code §17466. The Board of Education has set a minimum bid of $11,000,000.00 for the property. Written bids will be opened on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at the 4100 Normal Street, Annex 9, Testing Room, San Diego, CA 92103 followed by an oral auction.

As of April 24, 2013, the district modified the Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) to correct the legal description of the property in Exhibit A. The cover page of the PSA now begins with Revised as of April 24, 2013. The change resulted in Addendum No. 4. The one-page document entitled, Mission Beach Center Addenda Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, outlines the exact changes made to the Purchase and Sale Agreement. This document must be completed and submitted as part of the bid package. As of close of business on April 24, 2013, there will be no further changes to the Mission Beach Center documents prior to Bid Opening.
The first, second and third revisions of this advertisement relate directly to the revisions in the PSA detailed in Addenda Nos. 1, 2 and 3.
