The City of San Diego Land Development Review Division has prepared a draft Addendum to Environmental Impact Report (EIR) No. 99-0762 for the following project and is inviting your comments regarding the adequacy of the document. Your comments must be received by April 18, 2006, to be included in the final document considered by the decision-making authorities.
