The County of San Diego, Owner, invites sealed bids for CONSTRUCTION OF CONSTRUCTION OF CALAVO DRIVE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, ORACLE PROJECT NO. 1012388; BID No. 5531

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of Purchasing and Contracting, 10089 Willow Creek Road, Suite 150, San Diego, California, 92131, until 2:00 p.m. on May 22, 2012, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Contract Documents including Plans, Specifications and Bid Forms are available to be downloaded free of charge, from the Department of Purchasing and Contracting Buynet website at: http://buynet.sdcounty.ca.gov. Registration is required at this site in order to download documents. The Contractor shall possess, at the time of submitting the bid, a California contractor's license, Classification A, General Engineering Contractor. The cost of construction is estimated to be from $500,000-$550,000. Bid security of no less than 10% required at time of bid. Successful bidder shall provide Payment and Performance Bonds of 100% of the awarded contract amount. State Prevailing and Federal Minimum Wage Rates rates apply. The County of San Diego, Owner, invites sealed bids for CONSTRUCTION OF FLINN SPRINGS INTERCEPTOR I SEWER REPLACEMENT; ORACLE PROJECT NO. 1015305; BID No. 5534.

SAN DIEGO COUNTY REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”) for

DUTY FREE CONCESSION RFP

Summary: The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority (“Authority”) seeks
proposals from firms or individuals to provide an experienced duty free operator
to finance, build, and manage a duty free store in Terminal 2 East at the San
Diego International Airport (“Airport”).

Pre-Submittal Conference: (Attendance is mandatory). This conference will be
held in the Board Conference Room at 1:30pm, local time, on May 10, 2012.

Facility Tours: The Authority will conduct a tour of Terminal 2E at the Airport
immediately following the pre-submittal conference. This will be the only guided
tour of the facility.

Proposal Due Date and Time: Proposals must be received by 2:00pm, local
time, on May 30, 2012.
