NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, subject to confirmation by this court, on May 24, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. or thereafter within the time allowed by law, Elvira A. Mitchell, Trustee of the Geronimo T. Abalos Living Trust dated July 20, 2005, will sell at private sale to the highest and best net bidder on the terms and conditions hereinafter mentioned, the real property located in San Diego County, California, commonly known as 1198 Diamond Court, Chula Vista, California 91911 (“Diamond Court property”), and more particularly described as follows:

The subject property is being sold consistent with and pursuant to the order of this court entered December 5, 2011 in this proceeding.
