As a property owner, tenant or person who has requested notice, you should know that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to approve, conditionally approve, or deny an application for a Site Development Permit and Planned Development Permit (Process 4) to construct a 6,962 square-foot, one-story warehouse and manufacturing facility with offices on a vacant 0.24-acre site located on the south west corner of E Street and 33rd Street in the Southeastern San Diego Planned District I-1 Zone, within the Southeastern San Diego Community Plan area. The project is requesting deviations to reduce the street and side yard setback, increase minimum lot coverage and reduce motorcycle parking by one space. This application was filed in the Development services Department on May 23, 2013.
The decision of the Planning Commission is final unless the project is appealed to the City Council.
