NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, subject to confirmation of court, on June 30, 2003 at 10:00 am, or thereafter within the time allowed by law, Frederick M. Schultz, as Conservator of the Estate of the above-named Conservatee, will sell at private sale to the highest and best net bidder, on the terms and conditions mention below, all right, title and interest of the decedent a the time of death and all right, title and interest that the Conservatorship estate has acquired in the real property located in San Diego County, California, as follows:
LOT 190 OF MAP 4041 RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
This property is commonly referred to as 757 Melrose Avenue, Chula Vista, California, Assessor's Parcel Number 639 053 02 00
The sale is subject to current taxes, covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights of way and easements of record to be satisfied from the purchase price.
The property is to be sold on an "as is" basis.
Bids or offers are invited for this property. They must be in writing and will be received at the office MERIDETH L.
