In Re: The Conservatorship of the Person and Estate of LUCILLE A. STRUNK aka LUCILLE STRUNK, Conservatee
Notice is hereby given that, subject to confirmation by this Court, on June 4, 2003, at 9:00 am., or thereafter within the time allowed by law, the undersigned, as Conservator of the estate of LUCILLE A. STRUNK, will sell at private sale to the highest and best net bidder,on the terms and conditions mentioned below, all right, title and interest of the Estate of LUCILLE A. STRUNK, in the real property located in San Diego County, California, as follows:
Lot 14 in Block "H" of RED LAND GARDENS EXTENSION, according to Map thereof No. 1778, filed in the office of the County Recorder, January 11, 1924.
This property is commonly referred to as 5415 Collier Avenue, San Diego, California 92115, Assessor's Parcel No. 466-412-03-00.
The sale is subject to current taxes, covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights of way and easement of record, with any encumbrances of record to be satisfied from the purchase price.
The property is to be sold on an "as is" basis, except for title.
Bids or offers are invited for this property. They must be in writing and will be received at the office of CONSTANCE J. LARSEN at 345 W. 9th Ave. #102, Escondido, CA 92025personally at any time after first publication of this notice and before the sale.
The terms of sale are: cash, or part cash and part credit, the terms of such credit to be acceptable to the undersigned and to the Court, 10 percent of the amount of the bid to accompany the offer by certified check, and the balance to be paid on confirmation of the sale. Taxes, rents, operating and maintenance expenses, and premiums on insurance acceptable to the purchaser shall be prorated as of the date of confirmation of sale. Examination of title, recording of conveyance, transfer taxes, and any title insurance policy shall be at the expense of the purchaser or purchasers.
The undersigned reserves the right to reject any bids.
