Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors for the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System, San Diego Transit Corporation, and San Diego Trolley, Inc. will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 12, 2008. This date is a regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting and will be held at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Directors Meeting Room on the 10th floor of the James R. Mills Building at 1255 Imperial Avenue, San Diego, California, 92101-7490. The purpose of the public hearing is to review and adopt the Fiscal Year 2009 budget.
A copy of the draft budget may be obtained for $5.00 by contacting Gail Williams, Executive Assistant/ Clerk of the Board, at the address above or by calling 619-231-1466. Interested parties are invited to appear. Those who wish to comment on the draft budget but cannot attend the Public Hearing may submit their comments to MTS at the above address.

PROPOSED CHANGES TO MTS SERVICES
Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, June 12, 2008, at 9:00 a.m., the Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) Board of Directors will hold a Public Hearing regarding options for Route 923 weekend
services only. Alternatives include retaining the current service, operating a reduced level of service, or discontinuing all weekend service. The approved alternative will be implemented on August 31, 2008.
