Bay City Television, Inc., on April 29, 2013, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission for renewal of its permit issued pursuant to section 325(c) of the Communications Act for authority to deliver programming to television broadcast station XETV, Channel 23 (digital), Tijuana, Mexico. Bay City will provide news, public affairs, sports and entertainment programming to XETV. Bay City is an indirectly wholly owned subsidiary of Grupo Televisa, SAB, Mexico.

A copy of the application is on file at the offices of Bay City, 8253 Ronson Road, San Diego, CA 92111 and is available for public inspection during regular business hours.
