Broadcast Company of the Americas, LLC, hereby gives notice that, on April 25, 2005, it filed with the Federal Communications Commission three applications for permits to deliver programming to foreign broadcast stations. In those applications, the applicant seeks authority to deliver news, sports and other entertainment programming in Spanish and English to XEKTT, 1700 kHz, Cerro Jaramillo, B.C., and Tijuana, B.C., and XHBCE-FM, 105.7 MHz, Matamoros Jaramillo, B.C., and Tecate, B.C. The principals of the applicant are John T. Lynch, Frank De Francesco, and Douglas F. Manchester. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT A CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE
FOR STUDENT SUCCESS PROGRAMS dba CHARTER SCHOOL OF SAN DIEGO

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Student Success Programs dba Charter School of San Diego (the "School") has tentatively approved and intends to finally adopt a Conflict of Interest Code pursuant to Government Code section 87300 at its meeting via teleconference on June 20, 2005. Pursuant to Government Code sections 87200 and 87302, the Code will designate public officials, employees and consultants of the School who make governmental decisions, manage the SchoolÕs investments, and who, therefore, must disclose certain investments, interests in real property, sources of income and business positions, and disqualify themselves from making or participating in the making of governmental decisions affecting those interests.
A public comment period has been established commencing on May 3, 2005 and terminating on June 16, 2005. Any interested person may present written comments concerning the proposed code no later than June 17, 2005, to the School representative at the address listed below. No public hearing on this matter will be held unless any interested person or his or her representative requests a public hearing no later than 15 days prior to the close of the written comment period.
The exact terms of the proposed Conflict of Interest Code, and all of the information upon which the Code is based, are available for inspection and copying by interested persons by contacting the School representative at the address listed below. The School has prepared a written explanation of the reasons for the designations and the disclosure responsibilities and has available all of the information upon which its proposed Conflict of Interest Code is based. Any general inquiries concerning the proposed Code should be directed to the School representative listed below.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AND NOTICE OF AVAILABLITY OF
RELOCATION PLAN RELATING TO THE
PROPOSED PACIFIC VIEW ESTATES PROJECT

Public Review Period: May 9, 2005 to June 7, 2005

The City Council of the City of National City and the Community Development Commission will hold a Joint Public Hearing after the hour of 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2005, in the City Council Chambers, Civic Center, 1243 National City Boulevard, National City, California, on the proposed Relocation Plan relating to the proposed Pacific View Estates project. Any person interested in this matter may appear at the above time and place and be heard.
The National Housing Fund, Inc. has submitted an application for an amendment to the General Plan (GP-2004-1), Zone Change (ZC-2004-3), Tentative Tract Map (S-2004-16), and Planned Development (PD-2004-5) for consideration by the Planning Commission. The proposed Pacific View Estates project involves the development of a site containing approximately 4.43 acres with a planned unit development comprised of forty-nine (49) residential units. The Pacific View Estates project is located at 1125, 1251 and 1311 East Division Street. Prior to the City CouncilÕs action on this application, the City Council and Community Development Commission must consider the approval of a Relocation Plan which addresses the relocation of the existing property owners and/or tenants.
A copy of the Relocation Plan for the proposed Pacific View Estates project may be reviewed at the office of the Community Development Commission of the City of National City, at 140 East 12th Street, Suite B, National City, and the City ClerkÕs Office, Civic Center, 1243 National City Boulevard, National City. Members of the public are invited to comment. Written comments should be received by the Community Development Commission on or before 3:00 p.m., June 7, 2005. If you challenge the nature of the proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the public hearing entity conducting the hearing at, or prior to, the public hearing.
