The County of San Diego Department of Public Works invites qualified Consultants to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide Environmental Consulting Services on an As-Needed Basis for various projects. County projects fall under prevailing wage requirements. The County of San Diego intends to award four (4) contracts for amounts not to exceed five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) each. Consultant services shall be awarded by Qualification Based Selection. Contract awards projected for July 2008. Public Disclosure of Gifts and Campaign Contributions is required for contract award. SOQs must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2008, at the following address:

Local Departure Control Software System (LDCS), # 403970-OU

This Request for Bid is issued by the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority (“Authority”) for a Local Departure Control Software System (LDCS), to be used on the SITA “AirportConnect Open” Common Use Terminal Equipment (CUTE) platform installed at San Diego International Airport (Airport). The system will support those airlines that do not have a computer reservation system (CRS) available for use at the Airport. For specifications see Exhibit A in the RFB document.

The County of San Diego, Owner, invites bids for (4) JOB ORDER CONTRACTS AS FOLLOWS: JOC #117, LARGE HVAC, $3,000,000 maximum capacity (RFB 2990); JOC #118, SMALL GENERAL, $1,000,000 maximum capacity (RFB 2991); JOC # 119, SMALL HVAC, $1,000,000 maximum capacity (RFB 2992); and JOC #120, LARGE GENERAL, $3,000,000 maximum capacity (RFB 2993).
These solicitations include a two-step process; prequalification followed by sealed bid.
