In the Matter of the Trust Administration of the Estate of HELEN N. HARRIS, also known as HELEN NADINE HARRIS, Deceased.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the creditors and contingent creditors of the above-named decedent, that all persons having claims against the decedent are required to file them with the Superior Court, Probate Department, at 1409 Fourth Avenue, San Diego, California 92101, and mail a copy to DONNIA VALENTINE, as Successor Trustee of the HELEN N. HARRIS TRUST, Declaration of trust dated February 15, 1994, and as thereafter amended, wherein the decedent was the trustor, at 8393 High Winds Way, San Diego, CA /92120, within the later four (4) months on or after June 9, 2003, the first date of publication of the notice to creditors or, if notice is mailed or personally delivered to you, thirty (30) days after the date this notice is mailed or personally delivered to you. A claim form may be obtained from the court clerk. For your protection, you are encouraged to file your claim by certified mail, with return receipt requested.
If you do not file your claim before it is due, you must file a petition with the court for permission to file a late claim as provided in Section 19103 of the Probate Code.

Notice is hereby given that Parkway Operating Company, Inc., a California corporation, and Alvarado Parkway Real Estate, L.P., a California limited partnership, Transferors, located at 7050 Parkway Drive, La Mesa, California intend to sell certain personal property to Helix Healthcare, Inc., a California corporation, Transferee, located at 5550 University Avenue, San Diego, California; a general description of which is as follows: All assets, rights and interests of Transferors used or useful or related to Transferors' business of owning and operating the hospital and related businesses located at 7050 Parkway Drive in the City of La Mesa, County of San Diego, California, and 7200 Parkway Drive in the City of La Mesa, County of San Diego, California, including but not limited to the tangible and intangible property and those real estate fixtures attached at 7050 Parkway Drive related to such business, but excluding Transferors' insurance policies, Innapharma stock held by Alvarado Parkway Real Estate, L.P., Transferors' cash, the rent and note payable by Parkway Operating Company, Inc. to Alvarado Parkway Real Estate, L.P., and any rights of Transferors to receive income tax refunds. Such transfer will be consummated on or after June 20, 2003. After the transfer, all or portions of such property will continue to be located at 7050 Parkway Drive, La Mesa, California and 7200 Parkway Drive, La Mesa, California. This notice is intended to comply with the requirements of Section 3440.1(h) of the California Civil Code.
