27th Street Residence: COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT and MAP WAIVER for the demolition of an existing single-family residence; and the construction of three detached, two-story, three-bedroom single condominium dwelling units, with an attached, three-car garage on Unit 3. The combined area of the three residences is approximately 4,623 square feet (Unit 1 & 2: 1,340 square feet each, Unit 3: 1,343 square feet), and are located on a portion of two lots (Lot 23 & 24) totaling 3,873 square feet. The Map Waiver would consolidate the portion of Lots 23 and 24 into a single lot.
