NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Board of the Grossmont Union High School District (District) on June 12, 2008, adopted a Resolution in the Matter of Intention to Dedicate to San Diego Gas & Electric, an easement and right-of-way to erect, construct, change the size of, improve, reconstruct, relocate, repair, maintain, and use facilities consisting of underground facilities and appurtenances for the transmission and distribution of electricity together with the right of ingress and egress for such purposes on property owned by the District more particularly known as a portion of the Helix Charter High School site, in the City of La Mesa, County of San Diego, State of California (a description of the easement, of the route therein, and other particulars of the dedication are on file and may be examined in the office of Facilities Management), and has set 4:30 p.m., Thursday, June 26, 2008, at the Grossmont District Office, 1100 Murray Drive, El Cajon, CA, for a public hearing upon the question of granting such easement, at which time and place interested persons may appear and protest.

Notice of Public Sale of Promissory Notes

Default having been made in the terms and conditions provided for in that certain Mortgage Warehouse Loan and Security Agreement by and between Pacific America Group, Inc., a California corporation d/b/a Pacific America Mortgage (“Borrower”) and First Tennessee Bank National Association, a national banking association (“Lender”), securing the indebtedness therein described (as the same may have been amended, the “Security Agreement”), which indebtedness is now due and unpaid, and has been declared in default by Lender;

NOW, THEREFORE, Lender, the owner and holder of said indebtedness, will, through its duly authorized agent and representative, on July 3, 2008, at twelve o'clock noon, Central Time, at the southwest corner of the Courthouse located at 140 Adams Avenue, Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee 38103 and at the Adams Avenue entrance thereof, proceed to sell, by one or more contracts, as a unit or in parcels, at public outcry to the highest qualified bidder(s) for cash (or credit upon the indebtedness secured if the lawful owner and holder thereof is the successful purchaser), without representation, warranty or recourse of any kind, those certain promissory notes described below (“Collateral”) which are the collateral of Lender pursuant to the Security Agreement and more particularly described as follows:
