NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to California Commercial Code Section 9614, USA Federal Credit Union (USAFCU or Lienholder) has for sale a 2006 Champion Home Builders mobilehome, registered with the Department of Housing and Community Development under registration numbers 009016355A000H and 009016355B000H. USAFCU will sell this manufactured home at a public sale. A sale could include a lease or license. The public is invited to attend the sale and bring bidders. The sale, originally scheduled for May 9, 2008, will be held on June 18, 2008, at 1:00 p.m., at 9999 Willow Creek Road, San Diego, California 92131.
The units were manufactured in 2006. Each of the units is 64' x 13'4" and located at 913 S. Grand Ave., Sp. 91, Hemet, CA 92543 . The Lienholder has been satisfying the terms of the space rental agreement and the units are being sold in place pursuant to applicable law and an agreement with the Landlord. To leave the units on the existing space after the sale, purchaser will have to satisfy Landlord's requirements. The registered owner or a tenant may be in possession of the units at the time of the sale. If so, Landlord has agreed to oust the tenant but purchaser will be liable for Landlord's/Seller's legal expenses from and after the date of sale.
Terms of the sale: Cash or cashier's check only; minimum 10 % at time of bid; balance within 24 hours on approved credit. Minimum opening bid: $115,000.00. Lienholder is unaware of any liens other than Lienholder's but Lienholder makes no representation regarding and disclaims all warranties as to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like other than that the sale is being conducted in accordance with the California Commercial Code.
