Fleet Maintenance
RFP
The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority ("Authority") seeks proposals from qualified firms for Fleet Maintenance. Qualified firms with demonstrated experience in providing all required labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform off-site maintenance of the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority vehicle and equipment fleet for a three-year period are invited to submit a timely response. The Authority has various vehicles as part of its fleet that require basic maintenance, mechanical repair, part and component replacement as well as emergency response on on-going and as-needed bases to assist in the AuthorityÕs continued operations. Consultant must comply with the submittal requirements described in the Request for Proposals ("RFP").
To receive RFP send fax to 619-400-2541. Fax must include: company, contact person, address, telephone, fax and email. Incomplete information will delay or prevent receipt of RFP.

San Diego International Airport
Fourth Passenger Facility Charge Application
The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority has prepared a Written Notice with the intent of submitting a Fourth Passenger Facility Charge Application at San Diego International Airport in San Diego County. The proposed charge is $4.50 per enplaned passenger, for an aggregate total of $110,064,925 to commence approximately April 2006 and ending approximately September 2009. Commensurate with this new application is an amendment to the First Passenger Facility Charge Application. The amount of the amendment is $9,240,745 to commence approximately January 2006 and ending approximately March 2006.

Copies may also be requested from the Financial Planning and Budget Department, San Diego County Regional Airport Authority, Commuter Terminal, San Diego International Airport, (P.O. The County of San Diego, Owner, invites sealed bids for chip sealing and fog sealing various roads, road maintenance divisions 1 and 2 Oracle Project No. 1005467 ARMS Activity No. 4C5000, (RFB 717).
Sealed bids will be received at the Office of Purchasing and Contracting, Lobby Front Desk, County Operations Center, 5555 Overland Avenue, Suite 1111 (Bldg 11), San Diego, California, 92123-2149, until 2:00 p.m. on June 23, 2005, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Work to be Done consists in general of chip sealing, fog sealing, placing temporary pavement markers, installing permanent pavement markers, 2-coat painting traffic stripes and pavement marking on various roads in the unincorporated area of San Diego County. The Contractor shall possess, at the time of submitting the bid, a California contractor's license, Classification A, General Engineering Contractor; Classification C-12, Earthwork and Paving Contractor; or Classification C-32, Parking and Highway Improvement Contractor. The cost of construction is estimated to be from $2-1/2 to $3 million. The County of San Diego, Owner, invites sealed bids for construction of Lakeside Sewer Interceptor Replacement, Oracle Project No. 1000117, ARMS Activity No. UJ2243, (RFB 741). Sealed bids will be received at the Office of Purchasing and Contracting, Lobby Front Desk, County Operations Center, 5555 Overland Avenue, Suite 1111 (Bldg 11), San Diego, California, 92123-2149, until 2:00 p.m. on June 16, 2005, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Work to be Done consists in general of installing, 42" P.V.C. sewer pipe, manhole, temporary sewer by-pass system, installing 24" reinforced concrete pipe, pole barrier, providing trench safety and shoring of excavations, importing and placing borrow, relocating sign, providing temporary gravel bag, curb inlet filter, silt fence, stabilized construction entrance, concrete washout facility, preparing water pollution control program, and providing water pollution control. The Contractor shall possess, at the time of submitting the bid, a California contractor's license, Classification A, General Engineering Contractor or C-42, Sanitation Contractor. Project is located in the vicinity of Santee. The cost of construction is estimated to be from $625,000.00 to $675,000.00.
