 Subject:  Hollister Batch Plant:  Conditional Use Permit (CUP)/Site Development Permit (SDP) to allow for the continued operation and maintenace of an asphalt batch plant, pre-stressed I-beam production facility, concrete batch plant, rock processing facilities and related activities on 39.4-acre site for a period of 10 years.  The project is located at 387 Hollister Street in the OF-1-1 (Open Space Floodplain) and AR-1-2 (Agricultural-Residential) Zones of the Otay Mesa-Nestor Community Planning Area (Legal Description: Being a portion of the southwest quarter of Section 22, T18S, RW2, SBM).  The site is included on Government Code Listing of hazardous waste sites.
