An Assignment of the Deed of Trust herein described assigning the rights of beneficiary Antonio S. Rubino to new beneficiary Irene J. Rubino was recorded on January 09, 2008 as Document #2008-0010211 in the Official Records of San Diego County, California. A Substitution of Trustee and Reconveyance is being filed concurrently with this Notice of Default and Election to sell under Deed of Trust. Facility located at 10770 Wateridge Circle, San Diego that uses and emits chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. We do not believe that any person is exposed to these chemicals at levels constituting a health or safety risk. We have not made a formal determination that actual exposure levels are below the Proposition 65 no significant risk levels for carcinogens or no observable effect levels for chemicals known to have reproductive harm. We have not preformed a risk analysis to determine the precise amount of exposure that an individual would receive over a 70-year period.
