Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with Rules 26.0 through 26.10 of the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District's Rules and Regulations, the Air Pollution Control Officer has made a preliminary decision to approve the banking of emission reductions (Application No. 978888) for ST Microelectronics located at 16350 W. Bernardo Dr., San Diego, CA 92127. The emission reductions result from the permanent shutdown of an electronic component, semi-conductor manufacturing process permitted at this address.
Class "A" Emission Reduction Credits will be registered in the District?s Banking Registry for a total of 12.3 tons per year of volatile organic compounds.
Written comments may be submitted for a period of 30 days, commencing on June 5, 2003, and ending on July 7, 2003, to the Air Pollution Control District, 9150 Chesapeake Drive, San Diego, CA 92123. Please direct your comments to the attention of Arturo Gonzalez. The application and the District?s evaluation of the Emission Reduction Credits are available for public review at this same address.

The County reserves the right to increase this contract to $ 3 million capacity. It includes a collection of detailed repair and remodel tasks that have established unit prices.
3) JOB ORDER CONTRACT (JOC) #45, BID NO. 30218 ? ELECTRICAL. This JOC will emphasize low voltage tasks but may include other electrical tasks as well. JOC is a competitively bid, firm, fixed price indefinite quantity contract with $1 million capacity. The County reserves the right to increase this contract to $ 3 million capacity. It includes a collection of detailed repair and remodel tasks that have established unit prices.
Bid documents, General Conditions and Unit Price CD?s may be purchased for $25.00 (non-refundable) per set at the County Operations Center, Cashier, 5555 Overland Ave, Bldg. 11, San Diego, CA 92123.
