NOTICE IS GIVEN that it is the intention of the County of San Diego to grant of license agreements for County-owned property in Rosecrans, California. The license agreements have been prepared pursuant to the provisions of the State Government Code and County Administrative Code.

The property is described as follows: Three cubicle space and available exam rooms located at Suite 207 at the Health Services Complex, 3851 Rosecrans Street, San Diego, California 92110.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the use of the property will be granted as follows:

Licensee: San Diego Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center.
Term: Commences upon full execution of the agreements on or after July 13, 2015 and expires on July 31, 2017 and June 30, 2020.
Use: To provide services implemented by County Public Health Services described in Service Contract Number(s) 551009 and 551106.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 15, 2015, the People of the State of California filed a "Petition For Temporary Restraining Order Pursuant to Penal Code §186.11(e)(2)" in the above entitled action. These petitions seek to preserve for subsequent levy or seizure the assets or property in the control of the Defendant, property which has been transferred by the Defendant to any third party, subsequent to the commission of any criminal act alleged pursuant to Penal Code §186.11(a), other than to a bona fide purchaser, and property seized pursuant to the execution of search warrants in this action.

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF
QUALIFICATIONS FOR
AS-NEEDED ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FOR FHWA FUNDED PROJECTS
(RFSQ 6964)

The County of San Diego Department of Public Works invites qualified Consultants to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide As-Needed Environmental Services for FHWA Funded Projects. Consultant will be required to provide environmental services on an as-needed basis related to FHWA funded projects. Consultant shall have staff qualified to conduct field surveys as well as prepare written documents, including graphics. The County may award up to two contracts from this Qualifications Based Selection. Awarded contracts shall not exceed $500,000 per year for a term of up to five (5) years each. Specific work will be assigned via task order. Actual execution of task orders will be at the sole discretion of the County.
