2007 AIR MONITORING NETWORK PLAN BY THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT

The San Diego County Air Pollution Control District hereby gives notice that recent revisions to the Federal Register's 40 CFR Part 58, effective Dec. 18, 2006, included new requirements for annual Ambient Air Monitoring Network Plans. Among these requirements were the conditions of Network Plan availability for a 30 day public inspection period prior to the submission of the plan to the appropriate EPA Regional Office. In accordance with this condition, the 2007 Network Plan is posted on the District's homepage at www.sdapcd.org. Hardcopies of this report are also available for review at District headquarters, 10124 Old Grove Road, San Diego, 92131.
Written comments concerning this plan may be submitted to the Air Pollution Control District, 10124 Old Grove Rd., San Diego, CA 92131 for a period of 30 days, commencing on July 3, 2008, and ending on August 4, 2008.

The County of San Diego, Owner, invites sealed bids for CONSTRUCTION OF BLACK CANYON BRIDGE OVER SANTA YSABEL CREEK; FEDERAL PROJECT NO. BRL-5957(019); ORACLE PROJECT NO. 1005179; (RFB 2872).
Sealed bids will be received at the Office of Purchasing and Contracting, 10089 Willow Creek Road, Suite 150, San Diego, California, 92131, until 2:00 p.m. on JULY 17, 2008, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this project. Contract documents including reduced plans may be examined or purchased for the sum of $44.00 per set at the Office of Purchasing and Contracting 10089 Willow Creek Road, Suite 150, San Diego, CA 92131. Full-size plan sets may be purchased for an additional $25.00. Only complete sets of full-size plans will be sold. The cost of construction is estimated to be from $2,300,000 to $2,800,000. Bid security of no less than 10% required at time of bid. The County of San Diego, Owner, invites sealed bids for RANCHO DEL CAMPO WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT ROTARY DISTRIBUTOR ARM REPLACEMENT;
PROJECT NO. 1009063;
(BID No. 3151).

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of Purchasing and Contracting, 10089 Willow Creek Road, Suite 150, San Diego, California, 92131, until 2:00 p.m. on JULY 16, 2008, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Contract documents may be examined or purchased for the sum of $20.00 per set at the Office of Purchasing and Contracting, 10089 Willow Creek Road, Suite 150, San Diego, CA 92131 beginning JUNE 27, 2008. A site inspection of the Rancho Del Campo Wastewater Treatment Plant is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on July 10, 2008. Contractors are to assemble in front of the Campo Post Office, which is located on the East side of Buckman Springs Road/State Highway 94 intersection (Thomas Guide 430-B9). The plant is located at 31035 Forrest Gate Road (Thomas Guide 430-B10). Inspection of the plant at any other time after July 10, 2008 must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with Peejay Tubongbanua, Project Engineer, by calling (858) 694-2659. The Contractor shall possess, at the time of submitting the bid, a California contractor's license, Classification A, General Engineering Contractor. The cost of construction is estimated to be from $100,000 to $130,000. Bid security of no less than 10% required at time of bid. Successful bidder shall provide Payment and Performance Bonds for 100% of the contract amount. Prevailing Wage rates apply.
