The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority ("Authority") seeks Proposals from firms or individuals (“Respondent”) to assist with the development and delivery of an Enterprise Risk Management Program at the San Diego International Airport (“Airport”). The Authority seeks to develop an Enterprise Risk Management Program (ERMP) at the Airport that will assess, mitigate, maximize, and manage exposures and will assist management in making decisions that will balance the Authority's risks and opportunities. Another part of the ERMP's initial implementation includes teaching or training Authority staff on the ongoing program management and revising the program as needed. A draft scope of work is posted in Exhibit A of the Draft Agreement included in the RFP document. Interested firms with demonstrated experience in ERMP development & delivery are encouraged to participate in this RFP process and must comply with the submittal requirements described in the RFP document.

management services, including audits and inspections, stormwater wet and dry weather sampling, and associated tasks at the San Diego International Airport.
