Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will sell at Private Sale, to the highest bidder, subject to confirmation of said Superior Court, on or after the 9th day of August, 2010 at 10 a.m., at the office of MICHELE L. SNYDER, 3955 FALCON STREET, SAN DIEGO, CA 92103, all the right, title and interest of said deceased at time of death and all right, title and interest the estate has acquired in addition to that of said deceased, in and to all the certain Real Property, situated in the City of SAN DIEGO, County of SAN DIEGO, State of California, particularly described as follows: Real property commonly known as 109 SAN JACINTO DRIVE, SAN DIEGO, CA 92114, APN: 5481921100, Parcel 2, Map 7040, as filed in the Office of the said San Diego County Recorder, March 22, 1978, Recorder's File No. 78-112938 of Official Records, being a portion of Lot A and a portion of Lot B, Block 11 of LOS ALTURAS NO. 4, Map No. 2052, in the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, State of California on file in the County Recorder of said County.
Acceptable sales terms are all cash or part cash and part credit. The terms of credit as are acceptable to the personal representative and the Court upon confirmation of sale. Ten percent of amount bid to be deposited with bid. 1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that subject to confirmation of this court, on July 21, 2010, at 9:00 a.m., or thereafter within the time allowed by law, DIANNA M. DAVIS and MARK D. MARLIERE, as Administrators of the Estate of the above-named decedent will sell at private sale to the highest and best net bidder on terms and conditions stated below, all right, title, and interest of the decedent at the time of death and all right, title and interest that the estate has acquired in addition to that of the decedent at the time of death, in real property located in Chula Vista, California. 2.
