NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Carlsbad Unified School District of San Diego County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the District will receive up to, but not later than the respected dates and times indicated below, sealed bids for the award of a contract for the following:

Facilities - Custodial Supplies
Bid Number: 1516-1005
Bid Opens: August 7, 2015
Time: 9:00 AM

Bids shall be received in the office in the Purchasing Department, at Carlsbad Unified School District, 6225 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92009 and shall be opened at the stated time and place. Bids received after this time will be rejected and returned unopened. Each bid must conform and be responsive to the contract documents, copies of which are on file and open to public inspection in the Purchasing Department of the Carlsbad Unified School District at the above address.

Bid documents are available at 6225 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92009, Purchasing Department, (760) 331-5062.

The Carlsbad Unified School District hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this Notice, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, gender, or national origin in consideration for an award.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or to reject any one or more items of a bid, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of the bids.
