Friday, August 8, 2003, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. of said day, at the South entrance to the San Diego Courthouse, located at 220 South Broadway, in the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, State of California, or at any postponement thereof, COAST ASSESSMENT SERVICE COMPANY, a California corporation, as duly appointed or lawfully substituted Trustee of MONTELOMA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, a California non-profit corporation, pursuant to the power of sale conferred on it by Section 1367 et seq., of the California Civil Code, and by that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions recorded October 13, 1988 in the office of the County Recorder of said County as Recorder's Instrument No. 88- 523504, which Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, as supplemented or amended, imposed obligations on the owner(s) of the real property described herein to pay assessments, by reason of a breach and default in such obligations, Notice of which was recorded April 15, 2003 in the office of said County Recorder as Recorder's Instrument No. 2003-0432089, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, lawful money of the united States, evidence by Cashier's Check, or the equivalent thereof specified in the section 5102 of the California Financial Code, all payable at the time of sale, all right title and interest then held or claimed by SHARON KEITH the record owner(s) of the estate described herein, "the Debtor", or by the holder(s) of any Mortgage, Deed of Trust, or other interest therein recorded after the date of recordation of said Declaration, to which the Association's lien for assessments was not specifically subordinated, in and to that certain real property situate in said County and State particularly described in the Notice of Delinquent Assessment hereinafter referred to, reference being made thereto for a full legal description thereof.
