The San Diego Harbor Police, a division of the San Diego Unified Port District, in accordance with Section 526 of the Harbors and Navigation Code, hereby gives notice to destroy the following unclaimed/unregistered vessel:
1. 8' blue/green dinghy - towed from the South Marina Park Fishing Pier per 523(a)(5) H&N
The vessel is stored at the Harbor Police Dock at 1401 Shelter Isl. Dr., S.D., CA 92106. Any person(s) having proof of ownership or a legal claim to the above listed vessels must contact the San Diego Harbor Police prior to August 23, 2003, 3380 N. Harbor Dr., S.D., CA 92101 or call (619) 686-6277/6272.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING?MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING?BETWEEN THE SAN DIEGO UNIFIED PORT DISTRICT?AND THE CITY OF CORONADO

The Board of Port Commissioners of the San Diego Unified Port District does ordain as follows:
Section 1.?That Memorandum of Understanding, dated June 30, 1995, between the San Diego Unified Port District and the City of Coronado is hereby amended in accordance with Amendment No. 1 of Memorandum of Understanding Between the San Diego Unified Port District (District) and the City of Coronado (Amendment No. 1), on file in the office of the District Clerk as Document No. 46232.
?Section 2.?Paragraph 1, Page 2, of said Amendment No. 1 includes without limitation a provision that the District is willing to provide an increase in funding for the Glorietta Bay Linear Park construction. Said additional funding is subject to approval of the State Lands Commission of the State of California.
Section 3.?This ordinance shall take effect on the 31st day from its passage by the Board of Port Commissioners; provided, however, the expenditure of additional funds as set forth in said Addendum No. 1 is subject to approval by the State Lands Commission of the State of California, and in the event said approval is not granted by the State Lands Commission of the State of California, no additional funds shall be expended by the District for Glorietta Bay Linear Park construction.
