BY THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT
OF RENEWAL OF FEDERAL TITLE V OPERATING PERMITS

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with Regulation XIV - Title V Operating Permits, of the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District's Rules and Regulations, the Air Pollution Control Officer has made a preliminary decision to take action on Application Nos. 987667, 987668 and 987669 to renew federal Title V Operating Permits. The renewal Title V Operating Permits will be issued to CalPeak Power, LLC, for electrical power generation facilities located at 2060 Sanyo Rd., San Diego, California (Permit to Operate No. 978586); 200 N. Johnson Ave., El Cajon, California (Permit to Operate No. 979681); and 201 Enterprise St., Escondido, California (Permit to Operate No. 978585).
The proposed Title V Operating Permits incorporate conditions necessary to ensure compliance with all applicable federal and District requirements. The facilities are currently operating in compliance with all applicable requirements.
The District is seeking comments on these proposed Title V Operating Permits. Written comments concerning the District's proposed action may be submitted for a period of 30 days, commencing on July 30, 2010, and ending on August 30, 2010. Please direct your comments to the attention of Stan Romelczyk, Air Pollution Control District, 10124 Old Grove Road, San Diego, CA 92131-1649.
