The City of National City seeks Statements of Qualifications from interested consultant firms to provide Civil engineering/Landscape Architecture services for final design, preparation of plans, specifications & estimates, and public outreach for the city's Coolidge Avenue Safe Routes to School Project. The general services are described under Section III.
The Request for Qualifications package can be obtained from the Engineering Department, City of National City, 1243 National City Boulevard, National City, CA 91950. Telephone No. (619) 336-4380. The Request for Qualifications package is also available on the City's website at http://www.nationalcityca.gov.
Statements of Qualifications (3 signed hardcopies and 1 electronic copy on cd) are due to the Office of the City Engineer by 5:00 PM on Monday, August 2, 2010.

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the North County Transit District (“NCTD”) at the NCTD offices, 810 Mission Avenue, Oceanside, CA 92054, up to 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday July 28, 2010 for the Furnishing and Delivery of Diesel Fuel and Gasoline at a Fixed Rate for an 11 Month Period of Performance.

Notice is hereby given that the Southwestern Community College District of San Diego County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the District, will receive up to, but not later than the 28th day of July, 2010 at 3:00 p.m., separate sealed bids for the award of General District Surplus Property Sale.
Sale items will be available for inspection at the District Warehouse location on July 26, 27, and 28, 2010 between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Bids shall be submitted on forms obtained at the District Warehouse located at 900 Otay Lakes Road, Chula Vista, CA 91910.
Bids will be opened on July 28, 2010 beginning at 3:01 p.m., successful bidders will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. The District reserves the right to reject any one or more items of a bid or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids, or in the bidding. All Items must be removed no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 6, 2010. All items not removed will be recycled immediately.
