As a property owner, tenant, or person who has requested notice, please be advised that the Hearing Officer will hold a public hearing to approve, conditionally approve, or deny an application for a Tentative Map to create 150 condominium units on a 60,000 square foot site. The property is located at the 2400 block of 5th Avenue in the CN-1A Zone of the Mid-City Communities Planned District in the Uptown Community Plan.
The decision of the Hearing Officer is final unless appealed to the Planning Commission. In order to appeal the decision you must be present at the public hearing and file a speaker slip concerning the application or have expressed interest by writing to the Hearing Officer before the close of the public hearing. To file an appeal to the Planning Commission contact staff at the Planning Department, 202 "C" St., Fifth Floor, San Diego, CA. The appeal must be made within 10 working days of the Hearing Officer's decision.
The decision made by the Planning Commission is the final decision by the City.
If you wish to challenge the City's action on the above proceedings in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues you or someone else have raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or written in correspondence to the City at or before the public hearing. To order information in an alternative format, or to arrange for a sign language or oral interpreter for the meeting, please call the Clerk?s office at least five (5) working days prior to the meeting at (619) 533-4000 (voice) or (619) 236-7012 (TT).
At any time before the date and time set forth above for the public hearing by the Redevelopment Agency, written comments on or objections to the proposed Second Five-Year Implementation Plan for the North Bay Redevelopment Project may be filed with the City Clerk. All persons wishing to question, comment, object too or be heard on such matters at the public hearing will be given an opportunity to appear and be so heard. If you later desire to challenge actions of the Agency in connection with these actions, you could be limited to raising issues that you have raised at or before the public hearing.
