Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of San Diego will consider the adoption of Ordinance No. O-2008-162, pursuant to Section 99 of the Charter of the City of San Diego, to authorize execution of Second Amendment to an Agreement to finalize the Plans & Specifications and provide construction support with T-Y-Lin International for the Seismic Retrofit of the North Harbor Drive Bridge over Navy Estuary.
Consideration of the ordinance will take place at the regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 in the City Administration Building, Council Chambers, 12th floor, 202 C Street, San Diego, California 92101 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as business allows.
