On August 3, 2005, an application was filed with the FCC requesting authorization for Finest City Broadcasting, LLC to deliver programming to XETRA-FM, 91.1 MHz; XHITZ-FM, 90.3 MHz; and XHRM-FM, 92.5 MHz. All three stations are assigned to Tijuana, B.C., Mexico. Program deliveries to the Mexican radio stations will include regularly scheduled and special feature programming. The program deliveries will consist of entertainment, news, sports, weather, traffic, information and/or other broadcast material in the English language.
Finest City Broadcasting, LLC is wholly-owned by Finest City Holdings, LLC. The members of the Board of Managers of Finest City Broadcasting, LLC and Finest City Holdings, LLC currently are Michael A. Nibarger, Thomas J. McGill and Timothy D. Bernardez. Michael Glickenhaus and Dex Allen may become Managers of Finest City Broadcasting, LLC and/or Finest City Holdings, LLC in the near future.
Most of the equity of Finest City Holdings, LLC is held by Evergreen Pacific Partners, LP. The remaining equity of Finest City Holdings, LLC will be held by management, other individuals disclosed herein, and/or certain third parties with no attributable interests in Finest City Holdings, LLC.
The sole general partner of Evergreen Pacific Partners, LP is Evergreen Pacific Partners GP, LLC. The Class A members and the members of the Board of Managers of Evergreen Pacific Partners GP, LLC are Messrs. Nibarger, McGill, and Bernardez.

AVAILABILITY OF HISTORIC STRUCTURE FOR REMOVAL AND RELOCATION
The city of Escondido requires that historic structures proposed for demolition be made available for removal and relocation by any interested party as an alternative to demolition. Removal and relocation will be the responsibility of the interested party. The structure available for removal and relocation is located at 402 West Sixth Avenue, Escondido, CA and must be removed from the site no later than September 15, 2005. The structure is a single story, two bedroom, California Bungalow (Craftsman) style single family dwelling.

NOTICE OF A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
ON THE PROPOSED
The City Council of the City of National City and the National City Community Development Commission (CDC) will hold a Joint Public Hearing after the hour of 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 30, 2005, in the City Council Chambers, Civic Center, 1243 National City Boulevard, National City, on the proposed Disposition & Development Agreement (DDA) for the proposed Centro project. Any person interested in this matter may appear at the above time and place and be heard.
Constellation Property Group (A Avenue) LP, is proposing the development of a new market rate approximately 40 unit condominium project on 1.2 acres located at 41 Ð 43 East 12th Street (CDC Parking Lot Site) within the National City Redevelopment Project Area. The Project will include approximately 40 condominium units in a three-story contemporary design with associated parking and amenities, as well as a Trolley Shuttle stop for the proposed Downtown National City Trolley Shuttle.
The purpose of the Joint Public Hearing is to provide for public comment, in accordance with Sections 33433 and 33445 of the California Health & Safety Code, regarding the proposed terms and conditions for the sale of land proposed in a Disposition & Development Agreement (DDA) by and between the CDC and Constellation Property Group, LLC, for the real property located at 41- 43 East 12th Street (CDC Parking Lot Site). Said land is proposed to be sold for the development of the Centro project and associated amenities.
A copy of the proposed DDA, a summary report pertaining to the sale of real property pursuant to the proposed Agreement, and other documentation required by Section 33445 of the California Health & Safety Code for the proposed Centro project may be reviewed at the office of the Community Development Commission, at 140 East 12th Street, Suite B, National City, and the City ClerkÕs Office, 1243 National City Blvd., National City as of August 16, 2005. Members of the public are invited to comment. Written comments should be received by the Community Development Commission on or before 3:00 p.m., August 25, 2005.
